Kihei Akahi Resort B204 - Garden View Two Bedroom Two Bath 879 sq. ft. condo located on the 2nd floor, in Building B (no elevator). Upgrade - 2-way split AC in the living room and master bedroom this will help keep you cool on warmer days. Feels more like central air conditioning. Enjoy beautiful tropical garden views from the extra large lanai (balcony).
This home sleeps up to 6 guests.
Free cable TV, 5G speed (400 Mb/s) Wi-Fi Internet for your devices and free local calls to USA mainland and Canada. There is a flat-screen TV with DVD player in the living room and a Queen sofa bed. The master bedroom has a second flat screen TV and Queen size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pulled together to make a King size bed and a third flat screen TV. There is a washer and dryer inside the condo.
Everything you need to live comfortably in your home away from home includes: bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and cooler. Full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, oils, spices, condiments and much more! Just pack your personal toiletry items, clothing and food.
The well maintained Kihei Akahi complex has two swimming pools, BBQs, and a tennis court surrounded in a tropical landscaped setting. This complex is directly across the street from popular Kama'ole Beach Park II and is close to Wailea and Keawakapu Beach.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.
*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "This was my second trip to Maui! The location and amenities here sold me! There was plenty of room for my elder parents, myself, a teenager, and a 7yr old. We had a short blackout during our stay and what do you know, we had flashlights! I felt every time I turned around needing an item, this place had it. Also, thank you so much John for being so prompt in answering me upon my arrival. We had a fantastic time!"

"One of the Best beaches is right across the street and John has everything you could need to really enjoy it-boogie boards, sand toys, umbrella, chairs, and a cart to haul it all. Saw many turtles while snorkeling and there is even a Lifeguard Tower which has 2 lifeguards on duty everyday which is Fantastic since we have 2 little ones. And The Sunsets were UNBELIEVABLE. The condo was Great for our group of 6. Very clean and well kept. Plenty of linens and beach towels and Great Kitchen with all the amenities to cook meals. There is A/C that was nice on the warmer days but we rarely used it because there is nice breeze at night. The grounds are Tropical and Lush, 2 pools both with gas bbq grills that we used twice. There are several Great Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Shave Ice Stands and Shopping all within walking distance. Kihei is the Best Laid back area on the Island and so glad we chose to stay here. John was always available to answer all our questions and we can't wait to return."
