If you prefer high-end living, this condo is for you! It is fully renovated and gorgeous with amazing ocean and courtyard views! The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or tea as you watch the whales playing (December-March) or boats going in and out of the harbor. The oceanfront solar heated pool is set in a tropical landscaped courtyard that will inspire you to relax. If you're not into swimming, there are plenty of lounge chairs for reading and sunning. There are charcoal barbecues and a propane grill for you to use.
This 952 sq ft condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, both have identical walk-in showers. One has an added bench for sitting. This lovely home is a high-end remodel suite for guests who want to stay in luxury and comfort. This unit includes a window A/C in the living room and 6 ceiling fans should you need it although we find it is rarely needed because the tradewinds keep you comfortable. FREE secure 5G (400 mbps) Wi-Fi Internet access for your laptop and other devices. This unit is spacious and bright. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, stove/oven; linens and towels; washer/dryer inside the unit; a telephone for free calls, cable TV, and CD/stereo. There are three flat screen TVs, and Hunter Douglas blinds.
This opulent suite sleeps 4 guests maximum. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, the other bedroom has two comfy twin beds that can be converted into a king bed.
Welcome to Kana'i A Nalu a quiet resort that sits on the ocean away from the road. This complex sits directly on breathtaking Ma'alaea Bay. This setting is wonderful for romantic sunset strolls. For the more active person, there is a great beach to run on as you can do so for miles in peace away from the crowds. Just a short walk down the quiet, tree-lined street from Kana'i A Nalu is Haycraft Park, which leads to 4 miles of uninterrupted sand and surf all the way to the Sugar Beach area. If there is a big south swell, the wave off the harbor, "Freight Trains," can be one of the best in the world attracting expert surfers. Towards the east of Ma'alaea is a great spot for windsurfing, during both trade and Kona winds. This property is located less than a mile walking distance to Ma'alaea Harbor and it is centrally located on the island between South and West Maui. Three miles of quiet sandy beach will entice you to walk, run, or build sand castles. The tropical water is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, surfing, or windsurfing.
A short walk down the road will lead you to Ma'alaea Harbor with its great restaurants and shops, including the Five Star rated waterfront. Just steps away are the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, a putt-putt golf course, rock climbing wall, trampoline, and bumper boats. Fun for the entire family!

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.
*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

"I had friends staying in the same complex and did not know what to expect. Loved the view and proximity to the beach. The kitchen was not your typical rental kitchen - it had all the amenities I needed to cook great at home meals. There's a state beach a block away where I could walk for miles without a bunch of hotels on the beach - it was so nice! Walkable to the harbor for all of the boat tours. High speed WiFi was fast and easy. Could easily call into video conferences. Look forward to visiting again.."

"This place was beautiful, we arrived during the wildfires and were scared. We immediately contacted Kathy and got a response as to what to expect as well as where the fire was in relation to where we were staying. The home is beautiful - we were there mid august and never used the ac. It's a short walk to a state beach and the aquarium along with a some food places. There wasn't a starter pack such as toiletries however there are beach towels, a cooler, an inflatable tube but no beach chairs which would have been nice. In the pic it shows an aerial view of the condo and you think you can swim in front of the beach but you can't. It's closed and there is no access. It's super windy in that area and hotter than some other parts of the island so dress accordingly. The property manager was very kind and the property itself was very very clean. We loved Kathy's place! Everything was just as advertised. It has a beautiful view, close to a great little beach and is the perfect location. This was our first time to Maui so we wanted to see as much as we could so Kathy's place was perfect because it was central to everything! It was 30 minutes to Kaanapali and the same to Wailea and only 20 minutes to the airport. Kathy had pretty much everything you needed for your stay. The only thing I wish she had were beach chairs and an umbrella but other than that we had everything we could want. If we come back we will definitely stay here again. "Had a wonderful stay. The condo itself is spacious with two nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Good kitchen facilities and living room and nice balcony/view. Clean and well maintained. The building itself has lots of rules and restrictions regarding use of the pool and noise etc, but wasn't too intrusive for us. The outdoor bbq was a plus. Steps from a great beach, very expansive and great for walks and dips. Other than the rain it was a great holiday. Would definitely return!"

"We had a fabulous time on the Island of Maui. Kathy's location was perfectly situated for any activity on the Island you would want to do. A sandy beach was within a 2 minute walk of the unit. The unit was modern, spotless, and had plenty of room for our family of 4! We were able to sit on the Lanai and watch the wales in the harbor throughout our stay- Kathy even had a pair of binoculars for us to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cookware and glasses - we even utilized the gas grills in the common space one evening. Would definitely stay here again"

This place was lovely and amazing. I had everything I needed to feel like I was at home, while away from home. The unit was immaculate. I appreciate the quality of the linens and all the extra necessary towels needed for a beach vacation. Having access to a washer/dryer allowed me to pack light. Three things that make this place even more wonderful are the immediate access to a swimmable and snorkeling beach and nearby harbor (sailing, snorkeling, tours), LOW congestion (I don't like being in the Lahaina area), and easy parking. The grounds are well-maintained with lounges, chairs, tables, and grills. We had everything in the unit (boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, shopping bags, etc.) we needed to have a relaxing stay in Maui. The location even has hand carts which makes it easy to get your belongings to and from your unit. I will definitely be returning."

"Beautiful condo, exactly as described in the listing. Comfortable for a family of four and well-appointed. Lovely property with a pool, shared grill (which we did use), lots of lounge chairs. No direct access to the beach while we were there at least, but the property is right on the ocean and you have a sensational view from your balcony. Condo is halfway between Lahaina and Kihei (we ended up going to both a fair bit, especially for meals).
