3rd floor with stairs, no elevator. Garden and partial ocean view. Upgraded condo with window AC in the living room and window AC in the bedroom.
This lovely third floor one bedroom, one bath 621 square foot home at the Kihei Kai Nani Resort is renovated, inviting, clean and comfortable. The style is contemporary with tropical influences. The condo is remodeled with new tile floors throughout (no carpets, so it's great for those with allergies), includes granite bathroom and kitchen countertops. Queen sofa bed with 4.5" memory foam mattress, window AC and ceiling fan in the living room.
The master suite has an extra large window including blackout curtains and a Queen size bed. The maximum number of guests allowed in this condo is 4 (there is a charge for the 3rd and 4th guest).
There is free secure 5G (400 Mbps) high-speed Wi-Fi Internet for your laptop and other devices.
The large covered lanai has 4 chairs and a table for outdoor dining. Sunbathe or take a nap outdoors on the comfortable padded lounge chair.
The well-maintained Kihei Kai Nani complex has one large 60’x30’ freshwater swimming pool, several BBQ grills, shuffleboard court, and covered a gazebo area that you may reserve for parties. Experience views over tropical greenery and peekaboo views of Haleakala and the ocean. The beach and the sun are just outside and the shops and restaurants of Kihei and Wailea are minutes away. We hope you enjoy your stay in paradise.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival.
* Within 90 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $400 and any rebooking costs).
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.
*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

The pool is large and refreshing and the laundry room is big clean and has two LARGE efficient dryers. 2.50 per load to wash. Walking distance to ABC store, discount liquor store (aloha vibes!) Fred's restaurant is right next-door, which is super epic for walking across the street after a day at the beach we watched whales breaching from the deck while eating dinner. Also, right next-door opens first thing at sunrise, paddleboard, kayak, beach, equipment rentals and a coffee shop.The room was perfect clean spacious had everything we needed for a beach day. The bed was comfortable and the lanai has an ocean view! 10/10."

"This place was amazing, great spot, with everything you need from walking distance to beaches and convenience stores, to a quick drive to any destination around the island. The room itself was very spacious and had everything we needed from bathroom needs to beach supplies. However, the living room fan was not functioning during our trip, the maintenance was quick to inspect it and the room had portable fans for our use that did the trick while the ceiling fan was out. Beds were comfortable ac units were a cherry on top when needed. Would stay here again!"

"Had a great stay at the Kihei @ Cathy's place. The ACs are in full working order, just keep in mind that running both on max gets the circuit breaker to trip. Run the living room on quiet mode, and then you'll be able to run the bedroom AC also. The place was central, easy to get to and from, had fast and reliable internet. We had a great time and can't complain!"

"Kathy's place was just as in pictures! It was very beautiful and felt spacious. The best part was the location. It was a three minute walk to the beach. Around the area was so many restaurants and places where you can rent snorkeling/surfing gear. I felt like I didn't need a car and had so many activities to check out around the area. But it also felt private in the complex. Kathy was great as well. Replied back super quick when we had a question. Super communicative and nice. There was an AC in the bedroom and the living room. The AC in the room felt very comfortable you never got hot or cold. There were also additional fans and sand chairs and umbrellas available. I would recommend this Airbnb!"
