We allow up to 6 guests but a maximum of four adults, please. There are extra person fees for the 5th and 6th person.
Welcome to Kana'i A Nalu a quiet resort that sits on the ocean away from the road. This complex sits directly on breathtaking Ma'alaea Bay. This setting is wonderful for romantic sunset strolls. For the more active person, there is a great beach to run on as you can do so for miles in peace away from the crowds. Just a short walk down the quiet, tree-lined street from Kanai A Nalu is Haycraft Park, which leads to 4 miles of uninterrupted sand and surf all the way to the Sugar Beach area. If there is a big south swell, the wave off the harbor, "Freight Trains," can be one of the best in the world attracting expert surfers. Towards the east of Ma'alaea is a great spot for windsurfing, during both trade and Kona winds. This property is located less than a mile walking distance to Ma'alaea Harbor and it is centrally located on the island between South and North Maui. Three miles of quiet sandy beach will entice you to walk, run, or build sand castles. The tropical water is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, surfing, or windsurfing.
A short walk down the road will lead you to Ma'alaea Harbor with its great restaurants and shops, including the Five Star rated waterfront. Just steps away is the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, a putt-putt golf course, rock climbing wall, trampoline and bumper boats. Fun for the entire family!
The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or tea as you watch the whales playing (December-March) or boats going in and out of the harbor. The ocean front heated pool is set in a tropical landscaped courtyard that will inspire you to relax. If youre not into swimming there are plenty of lounge chairs for reading and sunning. There are charcoal barbecues and a gas grill for you to use.
This condo is 952 sq ft. The master bedroom has a king bed with remodeled bathroom. The second bathroom is remodeled with walk-in shower and removeable shower head and the second bedroom has a Queen Murphy bed. The living room offers two comfortable chairs to recline and a Queen sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, stove/oven and includes a washer and dryer; linens and towels are provided; there is a telephone for free calls and cable TV. FREE 5G (400 mbps) high speed secure Wi-Fi Internet access for your laptop and other devices.
There are six ceiling fans through out this home and the tradewinds keep you comfortable. There are 3 split AC units in this lovely home just in case you need extra cooling.
Every Maui Vision property listed is a non-smoking home, this includes the lanai (balcony) and hallways.

Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/e-mail. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.
This privately owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals: 066-843-6480-01

"The property was clean and well maintained. The property well equipped and updated. The view from the balcony was the best. Whale watching all day from the balcony was as good as going on a whale watching tour. Within walking distance to a public beach that faces south where the usual northerly winds didn't make the water rough. It was great for snorkeling. We spotted sea turtles up close and all kinds of fish and other sea creatures. We couldn't have asked for a better location. "This is a wonderful condo and the views are lovely. It is right on top of the ocean and beach. Our family swam in the ocean every day and the beach seems to go on forever. Best of all it is not very crowded. The condo had everything you could need, from dishes to beach towels. My 9-year-old had a ton of fun with the body board. The location is central as well to Lahaina, the airport, and drives to Hana and the volcano. There was an issue with the air condition not working when we were there, but I am certain they will resolve the issue as soon as they can. The condo had great cross breezes and many fans. Amazing accommodations and spectacular scenery from the balcony. The picture of the two coffee cups, palm trees in the background and stunning ocean view is not staged or a picture caught by luck.
