This popular Kihei Akahi third floor one bedroom, one bath 655 sq ft condo is one floor above the beautiful landscaped garden.  There is a peekaboo ocean view.  This newly renovated home is inviting with warm colors reminiscent of the sand and sea and decorated with fun retro art.  This condo is completely refurbished from floor to ceiling with new furniture, flooring, bathroom and galley kitchen.  From the lanai experience views over beautiful landscaped gardens and views of Mount Haleakala - one of the two dramatic volcanoes that created Maui. Kamaole Beach Park II is mere steps from the front door. This unit features EVERYTHING NEW, NEW, NEW tile flooring throughout, new cabinets, new granite countertop in the kitchen, new walk in shower in the bathroom, new high end furniture, fresh paint and decor throughout. Everything you need for your Maui vacation is included: linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, boogie board, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and much more!  The only thing we don't supply is a swimsuit!  The beach and the sun are outside and the shops and restaurants of Kihei and Wailea are minutes away. We hope you enjoy your stay in paradise.

The well maintained Kihei Akahi complex has two swimming pools, BBQs, and a tennis court surrounded in a tropical landscaped setting. This complex is directly across the street from popular Kamaole Beach Park II and another five minute stroll to the border of Wailea and then Keawakapu Beach.

Every Maui Vision property listed is a non-smoking home, this includes the lanai (balcony) and hallways.

Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/e-mail. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.

November 2012 - Unit C312 - We just returned from viewing C312 and OMG - it is gorgeous!!!! The cleaning ladies were there and we had a great chat with them. And it looked like they were doing a very thorough job. They said it is one of the nicest units and we can certainly see why. The renos you have done are wonderful - love the big granite counter, large new kitchen, tile work, furnishings that are very comfortable, beautiful bathroom, the bed looks so comfy and just everything you have done is very tasteful and lovingly thought of. - (Nov 2012)

We are very excited to be lucky enough to stay there in March and know we will love it. In all the years we have been coming here I can't believe we haven't considered the Akahi - we sure think differently now.

August 2011 - Unit C312 - I couldn't have been happier to be the first guests in this incredible property! I have been going to Maui twice a year on average for the last 5 years, and this is the best, most comfortable property I have ever stayed at in all my stays, and what better than in central Kihei! My girlfriend and I went for a nice getaway, but this property would work just as well for up to 4 people with the queen sized pull out couch! The photos don't do the actual property justice - the kitchen is very spacious and the granite counters very spacious. The bathroom and 2-person tiled shower is fantastic, and the lanai and patio furniture makes the best place to enjoy some Kona coffee and coconut pancakes while overlooking the ocean first thing in the morning! The TV and IPOD dock radio are great to listen to your favorite music, or catch up on a favourite show with a nice glass of wine at night as you unwind in preparation for the next days events. The beach chairs and towels, cooler and boogie board were great additions and were very handy when you make the short walk across the street to the beach! Kathy, their property manager, is incredible and readily available for anything that you may need from her. Neal and Joe and INCREDIBLE owners and also always available! I have nothing but good things to say about them and their property and I highly recommend it! I am referring all my friends and family here and I myself will certainly be a return guest! A beautiful location, a beautiful property, and incredible owners - I definitely recommend it!
