Oceanfront Large Studio with Stunning Views & AC – Papakea Resort, Unit E204 (Bldg E)
Experience a relaxing Maui getaway in this beautifully renovated, second-floor oceanfront studio at Papakea Resort, North Kaanapali, Lahaina. This spacious, 537 sq. ft. non-smoking studio (including lanai) offers breathtaking ocean and pool views, with lush tropical grounds just outside your door.
The studio is equipped with modern comforts like air conditioning, a ceiling fan, plenty of natural light, and refreshing tropical breezes. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the shaded lanai, or fall asleep to the gentle sound of waves. The lanai stays shaded since it is north facing so it does not get the direct heat of the sun. During whale season (November to April), you can even spot these magnificent creatures from your balcony!
This home is nicely decorated with new island furnishings reminiscent of old Hawaii and has a comfortable king-size pillow-top bed and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes a private washer/dryer, free 5G Wi-Fi, a 42" flat-screen cable TV, and beach gear like chairs, an umbrella, towels, and a cooler.
Papakea Resort spans 13 acres with lush gardens, koi ponds, 2 heated oceanfront pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, putting greens, and BBQ areas. You'll also have access to weekly Mai Tai parties, fitness classes, and a shuffleboard.
Conveniently located near restaurants, beaches, and shops, Papakea offers easy access to Ka'anapali Beach, Whaler’s Village, and famous snorkeling spots like Honolua Bay and Kapalua. Plenty of free shaded parking is available, and the front desk is open from 6 am to 11 pm. If you arrive after hours the security guard is there 24/7 to assist you with your check-in.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival.
* Within 90 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $400 and any rebooking costs).
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.
*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

"This unit is just what we expected and more. It was clean and well cared for, with a beautiful location on the property. Although the resort property was large, it did not feel like it. The layout made it feel warmer and cozier than a large resort. The owners provided beach chairs, floatation devices and beach towels. It was great to have a stackable washer/dryer in the unit to use as needed. The view from the balcony was great and sunsets from the property were beautiful! Would definately stay there again."

"Awesome place! Beautiful grounds and very peaceful. A bit of an older and retiree crowd at this resort, so if you are looking for something different, it may not be for you. We are younger and still enjoyed everything! The little studio was perfect for us. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked great. We loved having breakfast and coffee on the balcony! She had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the friendly cats on the grounds! ?? I overlooked the daily resort fee on the listing, so do not forget about that. Still worth the cost! Would highly recommend!!"
