IMPORTANT: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, and there is no daily room service. You have access to the common areas, pool, hot tub, restaurant/bar, shops, beauty salon, spa, and gym (membership fee required). This is a privately owned studio available at a lower rate. It is cleaned before your arrival and after check-out. If you need new supplies, linens, or additional cleaning during your stay, we offer this service for a fee. Please let us know if you're interested.
Ka'anapali Shores is an oceanfront resort. Unit 734 is a large studio with central AC, facing northwest with stunning ocean views.
Nestled in Kaanapali, just 10 minutes north of downtown Lahaina, our resort offers a serene getaway with stunning amenities, including a beautiful lobby, tranquil koi ponds, lush tropical grounds, and a host of on-site facilities.
This 7th-floor studio is a spacious retreat featuring a comfortable 507 sq. ft. interior and a 93 sq. ft. lanai, totaling 600 sq. ft. It is affordably priced, tastefully decorated, and boasts breathtaking views of the ocean, the island of Molokai, and the majestic West Maui Mountains. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the expansive lanai, where you can watch whales frolic offshore from November to April. It is filled with natural light and refreshing tropical breezes, thanks to its north-facing lanai that avoids the direct heat of the sun. For those warmer days, CENTRAL AC is available to ensure your comfort.
This beautifully decorated, updated home features new island furnishings, tile flooring throughout, ceiling fans, pendant lighting, and original artwork created by the owner. The remodeled full-size kitchen offers ample counter space and is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove/oven, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator with an icemaker and filtered water. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare meals at home.
The home comfortably sleeps two people on a Queen-size bed and includes an office chair and a portable desk with adjustable height, perfect for sitting or standing while working. Resort Internet is free 5G Wi-Fi (500Mbps). The internet provider and cable TV is Oceanic Spectrum.
Enjoy direct beach access from the condo to observe turtles on the reef and catch stunning sunsets. The resort offers two pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a spa, a salon, and a Beach Club restaurant with live music and oceanfront hula dancing. A sundry store is open daily from 7 am to 11 pm for essentials.
The front desk is available 24/7, with both underground and outdoor parking available. A $10.95 daily parking fee applies for rental cars, and vehicles must be registered online at Eliteparking.net/ksparking.
Nearby, youll find a grocery store, boutique shops, restaurants, a nail salon, a medical center, and a UPS store. Visit Java Jazz for live entertainment or Slappy Cakes for breakfast. A local farmer's market offers fresh produce, and the area is close to award-winning restaurants and Whalers Village shopping center. Enjoy snorkeling at Black Rock and nearby beaches, and world-class golf courses are just a short drive away. Kapalua Airport is only a mile away for interisland flights.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If the Guest does not check out at the designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days before your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we can re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated with rebooking the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead time we have.
*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. "My stay in Kaanapali Shores condo #734 was nothing short of spectacular. The view from the elevated balcony was breathtaking, where you could see the beach, ocean, and plenty of Hawaiian vegetation. The condo was immaculate as it was spotless and everything, from furniture to towels, was meticulously placed in sections of the condo that simply made sense. The attached pool with a hot tub is an absolute must for the family...my daughter couldn't get enough of this massive pool which included water spouts, unique underwater and above water architectures to explore, and even a waterfall to immerse yourself in after swimming underneath a bridge! There is a fantastic restaurant attached to the complex that offers a plethora of options, ranging from standard American to local Hawaiian cuisine, all at a very reasonable price...not to mention an extensive selection of alcoholic beverages as well. There is also a quaint convenience shop on site for all of your quick needs as well as a phenomenal breakfast joint in the lobby. The ocean is less than a 5-minute walk and this complex is surrounded by activities like food trucks, bars, restaurants, beaches, playgrounds, and more! This is the perfect getaway location for an entire family or even a romantic vacation for any given couple! 10/10 and would recommend to anyone."

"1st: the value for the studio is incomparable! This unit was affordable and there is nothing wrong with the surrounding area. The beaches are beautiful, the resort very nice with above average ambience. It's very tropical and lovely. 2nd: the studio was exactly what two people needed. Not too small and not too big. It had all amenities we needed to live. 3rd: there really is an ocean view that you can clearly see from the deck. Amazing. At night, we kept the patio doors open and heard the waves all night and were serenaded by tropical birds in the mornings. Paradise! The resort is ON the beach and sunset sails are minutes walk. Shopping too. I seriously have no complaints. We were sad to go and we would gladly stay at one of Kathy's places again."

"I can't say enough good things about this place! From the views to the amenities it was absolutely perfect. The proximity to the pool and poolside bar is so convenient it is right there. With that being said it was so quiet! I don't know what magic those sliding patio doors have but once they were closed you couldn't hear anything. It was so nice to also have the screen door that we left open one night just to listen to the waves crashing against the shore. The Coconut Marketplace is so close and convenient for shops and food and we frequented there every day. I thoroughly enjoyed the view from the room with my coffee every morning and my little chicken friends that would come to visit. "I stayed here during the wildfires of 2023 and the building staff was very professional, compassionate, helpful, understanding, and prepared. None of the units had power, but some common elements were operational as they had gas generators to keep elevators running, pools in service, hot tubs warm, restaurant open, and a cell charging station in the lobby. There were gas grills to cook your own food too. The unit is just as it is described & photographed on the website. Perfect size for 1-2 people. Everything was clean, organized, etc. Nothing to complain about except for the unfortunate timing of my trip. Location is good. Lots of things nearby (walking distance), including a grocery store. Ubers are always close, so only takes a few minutes to get one. Good unit, good building, good location, good value. "We spent 7 amazing days here on a much needed vacation and we had such a wonderful experience! Everything was outstanding. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was quite spacious for a studio and well stocked with all the essentials we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the 2 pools at the resort with plenty of lounge chairs and round daybeds with a canopy for shade was so relaxing. We especially loved staying in an oceanfront resort and sitting on the balcony and hearing the waves crashing on the beach. Pure heaven. Being able to enjoy the view of the gorgeous deep blue ocean from our balcony was an added treat and for the price we couldn't have done any better. The location was great as we were close to restaurants, many in walking distance but we especially enjoyed the restaurant at the resort, The Beach Club Restaurant and Bar. Their breakfast was so good and their happy hour was a bargain. With tons of shopping nearby, Whalers Village, a beautiful outdoor mall less than 3-miles away, has some great dining options. Lahaina Front St., "The Jewel in the Crown of Maui", is a 10 minute drive. We highly recommend Kaanapali Shores to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. "We are forever grateful for Kathy's place. We started our honeymoon out on an extremely stressful foot when our original Airbnb had to cancel on us due to a mudslide, and then our next Airbnb was a scam, and we were completely at a loss. But Airbnb stepped in and helped out, and luckily Kathy's place was available and we couldn't be more thankful! It was such an amazing experience, the place was amazing and clean, the grounds were BEAUTIFUL and it has 2 pools, and 2 hot tubs, right along the ocean. And you can walk the path and site see. It was just lovely! We couldn't recommend Kathy's place enough, and we will absolutely book here again in the future!"

"The condo is a small studio unit with a full size kitchen and bathroom. The view is a bit set back from the beach but makes up for that being high on the 7th floor. You can see the ocean spanning across and the island of lanai in the distance. Even woke up to a rainbow in the view. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows to relax with."
