Kihei Akahi Resort C313 - This lovely third floor onebedroom, one bath 655 square foot home at the popular Kihei Akahi Resort isrenovated, inviting, clean and comfortable. The furniture and decor arewarm and colorful. The style is contemporary with Asian and tropicalinfluences. From the lanai, experience views over beautiful landscaped gardens, with partial ocean and Haleakala views.
The living room has a window air conditioner, 40" inch flat screen TV, Blu-Ray/DVD /CD player and Bluetooth radio. Queen size sofa bed in the living room. This condo has free secure 5G hi-speed (400 Mb/s) Wi-Fi Internet access for your laptop. This condo includes a storm/security front door with a lock. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. This home will sleep 2 people comfortably and offers a King size bed in the master bedroom with a second 22" flat screen TV. Free unlimited phone calling to local, USA mainland, and select countries like Canada.
Full size refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and oven. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs including utensils, dishes, pots and pans etc. There is filtered cold tap water so there is no need to purchase bottled water.
Travertine walk-in shower,Travertine tiles in kitchen, hallway, and bathroom including granite kitchen and bathroom countertop. No carpets so it's great for those with allergies.
The maximum number of guestsallowed in this condo is 3. There is an extra per night charge for the 3rd guest.The well maintained Kihei Akahi complex has two swimming pools, BBQs, and a tennis court surrounded in a tropical landscaped setting. This complex is directly across the street from popular Kama'ole Beach Park II and is close to Wailea and Keawakapu Beach.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.
*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

"My wife and I greatly enjoyed the condo. It's close to a nice beach with plenty of sand, sea, and snorkeling, as well as restaurants and shopping. "We stayed in this condo for 7 nights, and I don't think we could find a better combination of quality, location, price and conveniece. We got used to A/C running while it's hot outside but here even with portable fans and open windows we weren't sweating in December. The property is well-located with a short distance to cafes/restaurants, beaches as well as logistically close to main "far" destinations comparing to other parts of the island. Great experiece. Highly recommend."

"5 star stay! Thank you so much for hosting us at your lovely and thoughtfully maintained home. The condo had everything we could have asked for, we were traveling with a toddler, and she loved the condo as well! We really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen for the convenience of being able to prep baby food, our own breakfast and late night snacks. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver because we didn't need to pack much and we were able to come home with clean laundry! Oh and the large selection of beach gears were super thoughtful - definitely saved us lots of money because we didn't have to rent: beach umbrella, chairs, towels, chairs, snorkeling gear, floaters, cooler, sun hat.you name it! Kathy's condo is a very nice place to stay here in Maui. The location is exceptional. Beach is a crosswalk away from the condominium complex which you can get a good sunset view, a lot of great restaurants around the area accessible by foot, a designated parking spot, and you get to have the ocean view on the east side out the balcony. The unit itself is very homey and cozy. The added dainty Hawaiian ornaments, beautiful paintings across every corner, and tropical furniture make it a perfect place to stay. It felt like we are at home on that week-long vacation here in Maui. The overall unit is clean and got everything we needed.
