Other Notes:
* Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
* Excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal wear, guest will incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival.
* Within 90 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $400 and any rebooking costs).
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.

"Great layout. Both the bedroom and bathroom are very isolated from the living room and kitchen. I was able to get up and make breakfast and watch tv without waking partner. Great facilities and all the beach amenities you could ask for. My only small complaint was the size of the tv in the bedroom. Its like a 20" monitor."

"The condo is in a great location for being on foot, as we decided not to rent a car during our stay. We definitely appreciated the 5 minute walk to the beach when taking the beach chairs and umbrella to hang out for a few hours. The condo is also very close to multiple grocery stores and small markets. Also, another thing I love about the location is that you can walk many miles along the beaches of Kihei and even walk along the coast to Wailea. The condo itself was very cozy and we really enjoyed the porch with the garden and ocean views. The bed is very comfortable and the couch as a bed was also comfy. The pools are awesome and look like they are newly tiled. The complex seemed very well maintained and clean, and all the other guests we met were very friendly. The only thing I would recommend is for the owners to remove their Teflon pots and pans and get newer, safer cookware. Overall, the condo was excellent and I would definitely go back."
