June 2012- Unit D204 – Just got home yesterday from this beautiful home away from home. Looking at the pictures makes me wish I was back. The condo was incredible – the only place that I have ever stayed where I felt that everything was clean and ready for my use. I felt like it was my home while I was there-and I am usually funny about sitting on someone else’s couch or drinking from the glasses that are there-no worries in this unit. Thank you Kathy for making the reservation process so easy and thank you to the Freelands for letting us stay in your piece of paradise. My first experience with VRBO – and it was more than expected. I will definietly recommend this unit as well as Kathy’s to others. Thanks again.
May 2012 – Unit D204 – A quick note, to say we have loved staying at Kihei Akahi! The apartment is laid out thoughtfully, finished beautifully, and Marina has remarked repeatedly how well it’s been taken care of and how expertly it was cleaned before our arrival. Thanks very much.
April 2012 – Unit C618 – Aloha, we enjoyed our stay very much Thank you for letting us check out later in the day. That made packing so much easier. We loved your clean organized condo and we’ll definitely be back and I will recommend your condo to friends. Thank you again Kathy !
April 2012 – Unit 204 – Aloha Kathy, Thought that I would e-mail you to let you know how much we enjoyed Unit D204 in Kihei Akahi. We have stayed in other condos at Kihei Akahi, and this one was by far the best. Thank you also for the “Welcome Basket”. The weather was perfect the whole time, so all in all, it was a wonderful vacation. Thanks again, and we hope to rent from you again. Regards!
April 2012 – C618 – Aloha Kathy! We are enjoying our stay very much, very nice condo…I had question, we are leaving Friday night and I was wondering if we could check out later that day…not a big deal I thought I would just check, we can find something to do that day…Thank you again for welcoming us to your place, we loved the gift basket.

March 2012 – Unit C617 – We are thoroughly enjoying our stay here in Maui. The condo is beautiful. Thanks so much for the delicious gift basket. I hate to say it but it time to start thinking about going home. Thank you very much for the late check out. We will ensure that everything is taken care of. You always gave us prompt responses whenever we had any questions or concerns. We would most definitely refer you to friends and family. We sure hope to visit Maui again and would not hesitate to contact you. Thanks so much!
March 2012 – Unit D204 – Just wanted to say the place looks great and can’t wait to see the island. Oh, and thanks for the gift basket. Much appreciated. Just wanted to thank you again for setting us up with such a wonderful place, and to the Freelands who’s condo turned out beautiful. As a tradesman myself I noticed the high quality of workmanship done on their place and it’s fantastic. We had a wonderful time there, kids just loved it . March 2012 – Unit D204 – Thank you so much for your hospitality! Your condo home is gorgeous and meets every need. It is my first visit to Maui! It is a gorgeous place with lots to do visit, lots of time to relax and enjoy the peaceful slow pace! My favorite part is the ocean with the crashing waves and beautiful clean waters! Viewing the whale from the beach was awesome! Thank you so much for sharing your home with me!
February 2012 – Unit C617 – Aloha Kathy: First of all I want to thank you for your beautiful card and fruit basket and also Marian for the lovely flowers. Such a nice welcome after a long flight. As you know I am still in Maui and enjoying Marian and Tom’s condo very much. I’ve just been checking availability for 2013 and see that the dates of January 26th to February 23rd are still open.
