This home accommodates up to four guests with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. The full kitchen is equipped with cooking and dining essentials, including a Keurig Platinum coffee maker. An updated bathroom and private lanai add to the comfort, whether you’re starting your morning with coffee or relaxing after a day out.

Guests can also enjoy the community swimming pool and on-site laundry facilities.

Rental Details and Policies

• Monthly Rent: $2,400 plus applicable General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.712%

• Electricity is paid separately by the tenant. Owner will send copy of monthly statement.

• Fully furnished

• No smoking permitted.

• Application and background check including a non-refundable fee of $44 are required per adult Tenant. Once approved, a signed rental lease is required along with a fully-refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent to be held in a trust account.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to tenant. This privately owned condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law.
