* Lease Term: minimum 6 months or more
* Monthly Rent: $2,000 plus applicable General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.712%
* Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent, refundable subject to the lease terms and held in a trust account.
* Utilities: Owner will send copy of electric bill to Tenant due the first of each month.
* Furnishing: Fully furnished
* Application Fee: $44 non-refundable fee per person for the application and background check.
* Lease Requirements: Upon approval, a signed rental agreement and refundable security deposit are required.
* Smoking: Strictly prohibited
* Tax Changes: Any increases in applicable State of Hawaii taxes will be passed along to the tenant.
