Rental Fee: $3000 plus taxes (GE tax of 4.712%)
Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent
Terms: Minimum 1-year lease.
No smoking, Quiet, NO pets and Good credit.
Maximum of 2 persons. We will consider 3 people with landlord approval.

o Tenant pays for Cable and Internet if they want it.

o The following utilities will be in the Owner's name and shared with Tenant

    - Tenant and Owner will split annual trash fee

    - Tenant pays electric, propane, and water. Owner will reduce bills and pro-rate for their portion when they visit.

Application: A background check of all tenants over 18 years of age is required. There is a non-refundable application fee of $42 per applicant to cover background and credit check.
