"We love this location-nothing better than watching the whales splashing around right from your balcony. Quiet but central location, car is needed 15mins to Walmart, Costco, Safeway etc. Condo is well maintained and enforces quiet hours 10pm - 8am which helpful as the pool and loungers are right below the balcony! Well equipped condo, full kitchen and nice 'extras' like coolers, beach chairs and towels available for use."

"Just back from a great weeklong stay at this property. The location is fantastic, and the view is spectacular! Quiet and secluded, yet convenient to everything on the island. Grounds are lush and nicely maintained. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. You could cook meals or stay long term. There's a comfortable bed and lots of hangers and storage space in the bedroom. We appreciated the big fluffy towels in the bathroom, as well as the large beach towels and beach chairs. The unit is very clean and quiet and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed eating our meals on the lanai-so peaceful! Very convenient to have a washer and dryer in house. The owner communicated proactively with clear instructions and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. She also left us a lovely welcome basket that we enjoyed. There is air conditioning, but it is a small window unit in the living area, so we relied on fans. A really nice property-highly recommend!"

"So happy to have stumbled upon this location. I love staying near the hustle and bustle, but a quiet nights sleep above all. Maalaea Bay is just that. 15 minutes from the bustling beaches and literally the middle of the island, you can go in any direction. This rental was everything I needed. Clean, quiet, and the best part was the comfortable bed. King bed at that! I stayed almost a week and I felt well rested every morning. The host was super responsive and sent multiple texts/emails to ensure a smooth check in. The manager of the property does live directly downstairs so that can be a downfall if you are loud or have kids! For the price you pay, there's nothing you can complain about. The beach is downstairs. Great amenities and a 10 min walk to the harbor if you're catching ferries/boats or need some souvenirs at the local shops. Free parking on site."
