Partial Ocean and Garden Views! 2nd Floor comfortable beach home - Building D

Kihei Akahi Resort D114 - Partial Ocean View One Bedroom One Bath 655 sq. ft. located on the 2nd floor, in building D.
Nice views from your living room and lanai of pool, tropical garden and partial ocean views. Experience lovely sunsets from your lanai that color the sky. From your front door railing experience stunning views of Haleakala. Building D is located at the back of the property, furthest from South Kihei Road. The front entrance is ground level and the lanai is on the second level.
The living room has a window AC and there are 2 ceiling fans, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. This helps cool the unit and circulate the tropical breezes. Free 5G speed (200 Mbps) Wi-Fi Internet for your devices included. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player in the living room, and a Queen sofa bed. The master suite has a comfortable Queen size bed. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer inside the condo.
Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of room to prepare meals for dining in. This comfortable home is decorated with tropical, colorful original artwork by local artist.
Everything you need for your Maui vacation is included: linens, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and much more! .
The well maintained Kihei Akahi complex has two swimming pools, BBQs, and a tennis court surrounded in a tropical landscaped setting. This complex is directly across the street from popular Kama'ole Beach Park II and is close to Wailea and Keawakapu Beach. If you like to dine out, there are many restaurants within walking distance.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.
*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

"Our stay was pleasant, largely because we spent the majority of our time exploring Maui from sunrise to sunset. To ensure ventilation, we kept the bedroom windows open. Despite signs requesting quiet, we occasionally had to ask passersby near our unit's door to lower their volume due to its proximity to pedestrian traffic. Conveniently located at the rear of the complex, our accommodation benefited from reduced road noise, enhancing our experience. The residents were courteous, and the grounds of the property were well-maintained. Additionally, extending our trip by an extra day was a smooth and hassle-free process."
