Reserve this spacious 952 sq. ft. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths beautiful home today. It is equipped with a two-way split AC in the living room and master bedroom. This is a bonus amenity to have on warmer days to help keep you EXTRA cool. We are blessed to have consistent tradewinds that bring in the fresh healing sea breeze so you might consider this over the AC.
The covered lanai (balcony) faces southeast so you will be comfortable in the shade during the afternoon hours. From this vantage point, experience views of the beautiful ocean blue, Haleakala, the tropical garden, and the oceanfront pool in the courtyard. This home will inspire you to relax while listening to the tranquil sound of the sea. Start your morning by watching the sunrise, and in the evening the reflection of the moon on the ocean. December through April is prime time for whale watching in Ma'alaea Bay. Take in all the natural wonders right from your lanai!
This condo is remodeled and finished in modern coastal décor. The master bedroom has a king bed and split AC, the second bedroom has a bunk bed and the top bed is a single size mattress and the bottom is a double mattress. There is a desk and office chair in both bedrooms. There is FREE secure 5G (400 Mbps) Wi-Fi Internet for your laptop and other devices.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc. This home has extra linens and towels.
A flat-screen UHD LED TV and free basic cable channels in the living room. No TV in the bedrooms.
This home is a wonderful value for large parties and sleeps, 5 guests.
The oceanfront heated pool is set in a tropically landscaped courtyard. If you’re not into swimming there are plenty of lounge chairs for reading and sunning. There are gas grill barbeques for your use as well as an outdoor dining area.
Kana'i A Nalu is a quiet resort that sits on the ocean away from the road. This complex sits directly on breathtakingMa'alaea Bay. Just a short walk down the quiet, tree-lined street from Kana'i A Nalu is Haycraft Park, which leads to 3 miles of uninterrupted sand and surf all the way to the Sugar Beach area. This setting is wonderful for romantic sunset strolls. For the more active person, along the beach to run on in peace, and away from the crowds. If there is a big south swell, the wave of the harbor, "Freight Trains," can be one of the best in the world attracting expert surfers.
This property is centrally located on the island between popular South Maui, Kihei, and Wailea; North Maui, Lahaina, and downtown Wailuku and Paia.
A short walk down the road will lead you to Ma'alaea Harbor with its great restaurants and shops, including the FiveStar rated waterfront. Just steps away are the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, a putt-putt golf course, rock climbing wall, trampoline, and bumper boats. Fun for the entire family! From this harbor, you can book many boat tours: a sunset dinner cruise, whale watching, snorkeling, diving, or fishing tour.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.
*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

"This condo was the perfect fit for our family of four. It was bright, open, clean, and very comfortable. The decor was beautiful and it was a very peaceful property. The pool was a great asset and the beach was a plus. Not too much space on the beach to lay out towels, but amazing beaches were right around the corner. The atmosphere was great and I would highly recommend this space especially if you would like a kitchen!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo, a perfect home base for our time on Maui. It's centrally located on island, minimizing travel times to key areas. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the ocean. The host had tons of beach gear and towels, making it convenient to go to the beach. The pool in the courtyard was also a lot of fun for the kids. There was a slight hiccup at check-in but it was resolved quickly. Otherwise communication was on point. Would highly recommend."

"We had a really lovely time at this property! It is absolutely immaculate, with the resident assistant (I think his name is Mike) keeping things running smoothly and super clean! He and his crew are up before sunrise tending to the barbecues, pool and common garden areas of the property, so when the residents wake up, it's the beautiful South Maui we love! The view is perfect for whale watching on the lanai anytime, day or night. The beach is beautiful and clean, I recommend low tide tide pool walk. The harbor is a short walk away, and it's nice to be in the more mellow area, but not far away from the hustle bustle of some of the more populated areas. The bed is super comfortable! The apartment as well appointed, and has just about anything you could need. The cleaning service is perfection, everything looked wonderful upon arrival. We had some first timers to Maui in our family, and this place really impressed:) Mahalo for a lovely vacation.. we hope to return! PS Seascapes at the Aquarium is an awesome local restaurant with unbeatable views! Tip: make a reservation... but even if you don't, there isn't a bad seat in the house:)"

"Awesome location to access all the great spots in Maui! We felt the condo was central to Lahaina, Kihei, Wailea, the airport ... basically anywhere we wanted to go wasn't more than a 15-20 minute drive. The condo itself was stocked with anything you would need and then some. The area was quiet and removed from tourism traffic. We traveled as a couple for a friends wedding, though the space would be well suited for a small family or group of friends. Beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and umbrella (all provided) made for an relaxing and care free day on the beach (which is just steps away from the condo). The beds were comfortable, the place was nicely decorated making it feel like a treat on vacation, and it was super clean. We had our morning coffee on the cozy lanai overlooking the ocean every day. :) The team managing Kathy's place didn't miss a beat to ensure we had all the necessary information for our check-in and departure. Thanks for the great hospitality!"

"The condo is very clean and comfortable and updated. The views from the lanai were beautiful. The beach and water directly in front of the condo was amazing. It has soft sand and the water is calm and crystal clear. The beach is quiet and was never busy. Was like having our own private beach just steps from the condo. We saw sea turtles every time we went snorkeling, tons of fish and coral as well. The pool was also very nice and warm. The condo grounds were meticulously well maintained. Out of all the other beaches/resorts we visited in Maui(kaanapali, Kihei, Lahaina) we were so happy with this place. The location is great as it's right in the center between Kihei, Lahaina, Kaanapali, airport, road to Hana. Would definitely stay here again! We miss it already!"

My husband and I loved the condo! It was a great central location for traveling the island and exploring all Maui had to offer. It was the perfect distance away from the busier parts of the island, making it feel relaxing, while also still being close to everything! "We checked in Kanai A Nalu 308 on June 16th. It is central located with direct beach access, literately in few steps! Newly furnished throughout the renovation. Cool new sofa and buckle bed. Had a good time playing the bodyboard, surfing that provides. Fully furnished kitchen with coffee machine, tea set, and Air fryer. "Ah, this beautiful apartment was our second home in Maui, Hawaii for a few amazing weeks! The views from the lanai were spectacular and many a lazy evening was spent watching the waves and the moon rise through the tall coconut trees. We stayed here from 5/15/2021 to 6/10/2021. The apartment is spotless, with wonderful features, comfortable air-conditioning, and a fully loaded kitchen and washer/dryer. Between the pool and the beautiful beach, we spent weeks of bliss in paradise. The beach is right in front and nothing beats taking the elevator down and voila, you are on a nice sandy beach! The location is away from the bustling crowds of Kanapaali but is a short distance from restaurants and shopping. Kihei, Wailea, Lahaina, and Wailuku are all within 20 minutes any time of the day so you could hit the larger beaches if you liked and come back home in time for a cocktail by the pool. "It is indeed a piece of heaven on the beautiful island of Maui. My entire family of 4 worked out of this home, with both of us working full time and one teenager attending school. The home has all amenities for long-term working out of Hawaii and being able to enjoy the beach that is right in front! The high-speed connectivity, cheery light interiors, excellent furniture (including a standing desk!), and super comfortable and quiet central air-conditioning, allowed us to work easily and balance our time in the beach and pool. The location is central and shopping is 10-12 minutes away for anything you could need. "Location, location, location. This unit is conveniently located in the middle of south Wailea-Mekana, west Lahaina and north Costco! When we wake up every day in the morning sunrise shading on our bed from National Park Haleakala mountain peak. After taking fancy breakfast prepared from a nicely equipped kitchen with 100% local Kona coffee and watching whale families swimming and passing in front of our eyes, we usually start the day with a snorkeling in the world famous Wailea beach to spend half day with colorful fishes. Then, we come back and do a BBQ Costco steak in the modern community BBQ fireplace with fruity Maui local beer while listening to the beach front wave padding on the shoreline. In the afternoon, we go to west old Lahaina town immersing with local history, tourist shopping and spending a seafood dinner in one of beach front restaurants. For some lazy days, we simply walk on a 5 mile long secret private beach just in front of the unit with minimum tourist intervention and enjoy a truely peaceful selfie moment. Check-in was easy and smooth. Our hosts were super helpful and responsive. They always responded almost immediately to our inquires, provided us with detailed instructions and helpful tips prior to our arrival, not to mention spot-on recommendations of restaurants and attractions.
The property was spotless, welcoming and tastefully decorated. Centrally located, it was close to everywhere you'd want to go. With ample space, the unit offers a great work/study from home experience for our family of three. The view was spectacular! My daughter, a PNB level-8 ballet dancer, loved the floor-to-ceiling mirror during her dance lessons. With a well-stocked kitchen, we happily enjoyed home-cooked meals out on the lanai. We were lucky enough to have arrived in the whale season and watched whales swimming by almost daily right from the lanai! What an amazing experience!
