Kihei Akahi Resort C406 - Ocean View One Bedroom One Bath 655 sq. ft. located on the 4th floor, in building C.
Enjoy great views from your lanai (balcony) of the Pacific Ocean, tropical foliage, sunsets, and views of Haleakala.
This unit does not have AC. The tradewinds bring the fresh sea air into your living space and the unit faces South so there is no direct sun entering the condo during the day, plus there are two ceiling fans inside the unit. This keeps the condo comfortable most of the year. Free secure 5G speed (400 Mb/s) wireless Internet for your devices. Free local phone calls. Flat screen TV with DVD player in the living room and sofa for sitting. In the bedroom, there is a smaller TV and Queen size bed. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer inside the condo.
This condo is for visitors who enjoy the comfort and amenities of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large counter space to prepare meals. If you like to dine out, there are many great restaurants within walking distance. Everything you need for your Maui vacation is included: linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and much more!
This condo is not well suited for those with walkers or wheelchairs because bathroom access is restricted.

The well maintained Kihei Akahi complex has two swimming pools, BBQs, and a tennis court surrounded in a tropical landscaped setting. This complex is directly across the street from popular Kama'ole Beach Park II and is close to Wailea and Keawakapu Beach.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.
*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

"This stay was awesome beyond words. The condo is in top shape, it's clean, organized and packed with everything you need to have a great stay. This includes things like umbrellas, beach mats, beach toys, chairs, boards, snorkeling gear, all kitchen supplies imaginable, tv, high speed Internet, free parking and so much more. The condo complex is great. It has a pool, tennis court and security patrolling all night (Not that it is needed anyway, Maui is very safe) The location of the condo couldn't be better, it's in the center of everything. It's in Kihei which is perfectly located between Kaanapali and Wailea. There are multiple great beaches within walking distance (3-10 minutes walks) and tons of restaurants, shops and Cafes. The view from the condo is breathtaking and the breeze from the balcony is amazing, we didn't need to use the AC at all even in August. The weather is always great. Berney (The host) is a great host and as outlined above he has thought about every little detail to make our stay more comfortable. Something to reiterate again is the cleanliness of the condo, I have never stayed at a hotel or any other place that was clean as this. "Wonderful location directly across the street from lovely beaches, close to shops and food. We made good use of the beach chairs as we visited some of the nearby beaches. The lanai proved a great place to watch the sunsets. From there we also saw whales and boats. There is an air conditioner in the living room we turned on during the day, but at night we rather enjoyed the breezes from the open windows, situated high in the bedroom and off the lanai for a good, safe cross breeze.
