Spectacular oceanfront condo with amazing views!  Two Way Split AC in the living room and master bedroom for warmer days. Six ceiling fans throughout this home and the tradewinds also keep you comfortable  Sleeps up to 4 guests (do ask permission for 5th guest)

The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or tea as you watch the whales playing (December-March) or boats traveling in and out of the harbor. The oceanfront heated pool is set in a tropical landscaped courtyard that will inspire you to relax. If you're not into swimming there are plenty of lounge chairs for reading and sunning. There are outdoor propane gas grills, a dining table, chairs, and tiki torches to enhance the tropical mood.

This two-bedroom, two full bath condo is 952 sq ft.  The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. The master and second bathroom both have walk-in showers. There are two TVs, one in the master bedroom and living room.  There is free basic cable channels for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and tea kettle. The unit includes a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, along with beach towels, cooler, umbrella, and beach chairs.  There is a telephone for free local calls.  FREE 5G (400 Mbps) high-speed secure Wi-Fi Internet.

Centrally located on the island between South and West Maui is Kana'i A Nalu a quiet resort that sits on the ocean directly on breathtaking Ma'alaea Bay, away from the road. Just a short walk down the quiet, tree-lined street from Kanai A Nalu is Haycraft Park, which leads to miles of uninterrupted sand and surf all the way to Sugar Beach. This setting is wonderful for romantic sunset strolls, and for the more active person, this is a great beach to run on as you can do so for miles in peace away from the crowds.  If there is a big south swell, the wave of the harbor, "Freight Trains," can be one of the best in the world attracting expert surfers. Toward the east of Ma'alaea is a great spot for windsurfing, during both trade and Kona winds.

This property is located less than a mile walking distance to Ma'alaea Harbor with its great restaurants and shops, including the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, a putt-putt golf course, rock climbing wall, trampoline, and bumper boats. Fun for the entire family!

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.

CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.

*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways.  A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.

*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
