Kihei Akahi Resort C505 - Ocean View One Bedroom One Bath 655 sq. ft. located on the 5th floor, in building C. Beautifully decorated with original Hawaiian art.
Enjoy great views from your lanai (balcony) of the Pacific Ocean, the island of Kaho'olawe, Molokini Crater, tropical foliage, sunsets, and views of Haleakala.
This condo is for visitors looking for the comfort and amenities of home! The kitchen is fully equipped with a large counter space to prepare meals. If you like to dine out, there are many great restaurants within walking distance.
There is a powerful window air conditioner in the living room should you need it, plus two ceiling fans. The tradewinds bring the fresh sea air into your living space and the unit faces South so there is no direct sun entering the condo during the day. This keeps the condo comfortable most of the year. Queen sofa bed in the living room. There is free secured 5G speed (400 Mb/s) wireless Internet for your devices. There is a 48" large flat screen Smart TV in the living room.
There is a washer and dryer and walk-in shower with seat and handrails.

* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival.
* Within 90 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $200 and any rebooking costs).
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.

"Perfect stay in an ideal location facing the sea. The view from the balcony is even more beautiful in reality, with stunning sunsets that can also be admired on the beach opposite, which is a two-minute walk away. Accommodation with an elevator on the 5th floor (penultimate floor), very clean and well organized, with everything you need in the kitchen, as well as beach chairs, a parasol, flippers and towels. Everything you need to enjoy the island's beaches is available. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available. A parking space is also assigned to you upon arrival, near the residence. A place to rent without so much as a second thought! Everything was perfect! I recommend it without hesitation!!"

"Great location, the condo was REALLY clean and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and it's a great place for 1-2. The toilet/shower is a but tight, but not a huge deal. Kitchen is well-equipped and everything worked well. The grounds were quiet and the environment was safe. I saw lots of families. It was a very good value. I was there for work and did not get the opportunity to enjoy myself much, but I will be sure to check this place out again when I return with my wife next year for a vacation."

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our vacation on Maui and our stay at Kihei Akahi #505 ... great location and the unit had everything we needed (an air fryer would be a great addition). Only one mishap ... we took the umbrella to the beach (once) and a wind came up unexpectedly, blew it inside out, breaking a plastic piece inside at the top. It does still open without any issues, but we felt that we needed to replace it so we purchased one from Costco. It is in the bedroom closet with the other one. All else went smoothly and we hope to return in the future."
