"Great location, the condo was REALLY clean and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and it's a great place for 1-2. The toilet/shower is a but tight, but not a huge deal. Kitchen is well-equipped and everything worked well. The grounds were quiet and the environment was safe. I saw lots of families. It was a very good value. I was there for work and did not get the opportunity to enjoy myself much, but I will be sure to check this place out again when I return with my wife next year for a vacation."

"The condo is very well appointed with many amenities and extras. Kitchen extras are especially nice and helpful for preparing any meal. The bed is comfortable and area very quiet at night. The location at Kehei is centrally located for exploring the island and close to many spectacular beaches. We watched whales (using binoculars) from the balcony and enjoyed the sunsets. Our host, Kathy, sent helpful communications and kept us up to date."

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our vacation on Maui and our stay at Kihei Akahi #505 ... great location and the unit had everything we needed (an air fryer would be a great addition). Only one mishap ... we took the umbrella to the beach (once) and a wind came up unexpectedly, blew it inside out, breaking a plastic piece inside at the top. It does still open without any issues, but we felt that we needed to replace it so we purchased one from Costco. It is in the bedroom closet with the other one. All else went smoothly and we hope to return in the future."
