Kihei Akahi Resort C505 - Ocean View One Bedroom One Bath 655 sq. ft. located on the 5th floor, in building C. Beautifully decorated with original Hawaiian art.
Enjoy great views from your lanai (balcony) of the Pacific Ocean, the island of Kaho'olawe, Molokini Crater, tropical foliage, sunsets, and views of Haleakala.
This condo is for visitors looking for the comfort and amenities of home! The kitchen is fully equipped with a large counter space to prepare meals. If you like to dine out, there are many great restaurants within walking distance.
There is a powerful window air conditioner in the living room should you need it, plus two ceiling fans. The tradewinds bring the fresh sea air into your living space and the unit faces South so there is no direct sun entering the condo during the day. This keeps the condo comfortable most of the year. Queen sofa bed in the living room. There is free secured 5G speed (400 Mb/s) wireless Internet for your devices. Free local, USA mainland, Canada and select international phone calls are included. There is a 48" large flat screen Smart TV with DVD player in the living room.
There is a washer and dryer and walk-in shower with seat and handrails.
Master bedroom, ceiling fan and new King size bed and mattress! Serta iSeries Hybrid 3000 mattress boasts a 13.5-inch profile and 4 inches of advanced memory foam, combined with individually wrapped coils for universal comfort and rejuvenating support. Plus, its medium feel is great for all sleepers-side, back and even stomach. On top, its high-performance Max Cold- cover is cool to the touch. Underneath, a 1" layer of high-density Carbon Fiber Memory Foam and Serta's exclusive UltraCold System- work to absorb excess heat, channeling it away from your body for supremely cool sleep. Next, its Hybrid Support- System is precisely engineered with individually wrapped, 1025-density coils that provide curve-hugging support from head to toe.
Everything you need for your Maui vacation is included: linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and much more! The well maintained Kihei Akahi complex has two swimming pools, BBQs, and a tennis court surrounded in a tropical landscaped setting. This complex is directly across the street from popular Kama'ole Beach Park II and and is close to Wailea and Keawakapu Beach.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.
*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

"The condo was exactly as shown on the listing. The view of the ocean from the lanai was way better in person and a highlight of the condo. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The beach was right across the street. Plenty of restaurants were within walking distance. The oscillating fan in the bedroom made sleeping comfortable and provided some white noise as sound carries pretty easily in the complex (it does not drown out the occasional nearby rooster!). We didn't feel the need to use the A/C with windows open and breezes flowing through. Would stay again."

"We loved this spot! Had everything we needed, beach supplies, washer dryer, all the kitchen appliances/tools you would need. The bed was super comfy and the linens were good quality. Best part was how cool it stays (our stay was beginning of July, most days) because of the airflow through the apartment. Thought the 5th floor might be a trek but the elevator is fast an easy-and it made for a great view, airflow, and no bugs since you're not on a ground floor (can be difficult to avoid in tropical climates) Would stay again!"

"This was such an easy effortless experience in such a fantastic location I would happily book again! The company were so easy to communicate with before during and after my stay. The apartment was so lovely, nicely decorated, spacious, a beautiful kitchen with all you'd need to make nice meals and a beautiful lanai with a gorgeous view to sit out on. The beach is literally across the street and you have lots of shops and restuarants next door and nearby you can easily walk to and not get in your car if you don't want. The property itself has pools and tennis courts, which I didn't use, but seems to have all you'd want for a lovely holiday. Super comfy bed with two fans for when it's warm and an ac in the living room I didn't have to use while I was there as the breeze was so nice throughout the day and in the evenings. It's quiet in the evenings too, despite being a very popular property for people on holiday. I felt totally safe and comfy there as a solo female traveller and the wifi was wonderful with a nice table to work from in the mornings. Also set up with ALL the beach things you would need which is also a nice addition. "We have stayed many times at Kihei Akahi and love the location! This condo had very nice updated furnishings; kitchen well stocked; the bed was comfortable with high quality sheets and plenty of pillows! I spent hours mesmerized looking at ocean views, sitting on a balcony loveseat with my feet up. The grounds and gardens are well cared for, with gorgeous hibiscus flowers everywhere! We would definitely stay again in this condo on our future trips to Maui!!"

"I highly recommend this apartment! It is right across the street from a great beach, is close to many restaurants and shops in Kihei, and has all the amenities you could imagine. My wife and I loved having our morning coffee on the lanai while looking at the beautiful ocean. We cooked most of our meals in the apartment and pretty much every utensil we needed was available. We loved having beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. to really enjoy both the beach and the pool. The afternoon breezes create an amazing wind tunnel effect that makes the temperature absolutely perfect without needing to use the AC.
