Beautiful one bed and one bath 655 square foot unit has many recent upgrades including FREE high speed Internet access for your laptop, a walk-in shower, tile floors, carpet, and new furniture. This unit is equipped with three ceiling fans and an A/C for warmer days. The condo is fully stocked for your comfort and includes a washer and dryer inside the unit, dishwasher, complete kitchen for cooking meals in, linens and towels, a telephone for free local calls, cable, Flat Screen TV/DVD player in living room and a queen sofa bed.  In the master bedroom a queen bed and second flat screen TV.  The condo sleeps up to 4 guests.  Located ground level in building C with a beautiful tropical garden view. This condo is convenient to both swimming pools, BBQs, and tennis court.


The well maintained Kihei Akahi complex has two swimming pools, BBQs, and a tennis court surrounded in a tropical landscaped setting. This complex is directly across the street from popular Kamaole Beach Park II and another five minute stroll to the border of Wailea and then Keawakapu Beach.

Non-refundable cleaning fee of $140

Every Maui Vision property listed is a non-smoking home, this includes the lanai (balcony) and hallways.

Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/e-mail. There is a $300 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $300 USD cancelation fee. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.

This privately owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals. W20084636-01

Guest Stay Kihei Akahi C214 - January 2018 
Kathy's apartment is equipped with pretty much anything you'd need at the beach (which is probably just 3 minutes away) or to have a lazy afternoon on the patio outside while enjoying a great view with various plants and flowers. The kitchen has new appliances (nice!) and having an onsite washer+dryer was useful. The apartment complex is very well kept and clean, parking is very close to the apartment. Several restaurants and shops are located nearby (within walking distance), which was also very convenient. "Great location close to beach. Beach chairs, floats snorkel equipment, coolers, umbrella and other beach items such as sun screen ( we left ours behind as well)! Well appointed kitchen with all needed gadgets made dinners a breeze. Grill and pool within 100 feet of unit made early evening BBQs a favorite after watching Maui"s fabulous sunset. Walking distance to shopping and Kathy's tips of local establishments made our stay Phenomenal. A lovely place with a walk out to the garden. No view but that was fine for our needs. Kitchen was set up with everything needed. We liked that the condo was a few buildings back from the road noise yet still less than a 10 min walk to main road for crossing to the beach or walking the sidewalk. Loved how the decor wasn't overly "tropical" (the small bit was pleasing).

March 2008-C214 -Dear Twyla, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed our trip to Maui and staying in your Condo. We had a wonderful time and it was everything that we had hoped for. We grew to really enjoy and prefer the location on the island that you chose to purchase your condo in. It felt more like a neighborhood than a highly commercialized area, yet it was easily driveable to other locations. We really enjoyed the extras that having a condo provided us with over having a hotel room. We really enjoyed Maui and all of the recreational activities available. We also attended church there on Easter Sunday at Hope Chapel. Thanks again. It was a pleasure getting to know (email) you. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. We may not have gone on this vacation if it hadn't been for talking to Tom and Bonnie about their vacation in your condo. We will be returning to Maui. Thanks again!
